New character design

In this update, we’re going to talk about the character reworks we’ve been working on for the past few weeks.

We will share with you the final result of Amanda’s base model, detailing what changes have been applied.

Among the changes made are improvements in the hair model and texture, new shader design, more detailed textures, greater definition in the faces and modifications in the normal map and occlusion map for a correct finish.

On the other hand, we fixed the clothing collision, improved the hair movement system, modified the stage lights to balance the brightness of the characters, and redistributed the internal bones of the models to improve the «physics» and body animations.

We will continue working to improve the quality of the game and offer the best possible product, we will be publishing more information soon.

New crafting system

We will show some details of the crafting system recently added to the game, explain how its interface is composed and how the system works.

To use the crafting system, players will have to go to the room called «REBECCA’S CRAFT ROOM» and talk to the alchemist Rebecca. This will display an interactive menu showing the general items available to the player and a list of possible crafts.

On the right side of the menu there is a list of potions and drinks that can be created using the materials specified at the bottom of the screen, while on the left side there is the inventory (max. 16 items) and the storage chest (max. 32 items) with the quantities of materials and objects that have been collected.

Some recipes are obtained by leveling up, others must be unlocked manually by combining different materials. There are a total of 16 recipes between potions and drinks.

It is necessary to have gold coins to complete the crafting, this will have a value that will depend on the amount and how rare is the potion/drink you want to create.

First look at the character creation system

We will give a short introduction to the character creation system, currently under development.

The numerous options will allow players to freely modify Amanda’s appearance, from haircuts, eye color and skin tone to facial paints and muscle mass, everything will be available from the start, except for the outfits that will have to be unlocked throughout the game.

Attributes directly affect the game experience, increasing strength and stamina will give players the ability to fight more powerful enemies with a low experience level, while intelligence and luck will help them find secret areas and solve puzzles easily. All outfits and cosmetics have a small percentage impact on attributes, both positively and negatively.

Outfits are unlocked by completing side quests or leveling up. Head and body customization are available with most outfits, except for the «Special» outfits, which totally modify the character’s appearance.

If the player is not satisfied with the appearance of the character, they can go to the different boutiques that are located throughout the map and change Amanda’s appearance as many times as they want. Starting attributes cannot be changed once the game has started.
